When Should I submit my order by?

Where/When will pick-up be held?

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO SUBMIT PAUSES OR REQUEST ANY CHANGES TO MY PLAN?

  • Orders must be submitted by Saturday @ 12PM for orders to be available for pickup/delivery the following Monday or Tuesday

  • Curbside Pickup:

    • Mondays: 5PM-8PM

    • Tuesday: 11AM -3PM

    • Address:

      1969 O’Toole Way

      San Jose, CA 95131

  • Changes and/or pauses must be sent by Friday @ 11:59PM or they will not be accepted

    • Pauses sent after Friday @ 11:59PM will be subject to a 1 week forfeiture

    • To ensure we reduce waste, we cannot accept any change requests after the above cutoff


How much is delivery?







Will tracking be included with delivery?

  • One-time delivery is a flat rate of $24.99

  • Subscription delivery ranges from $74.99, $249, or $949

  • We only serve cities in the Bay Area

    • Delivery Details:

      • Delivery is between 5PM-10PM

      • Meals are delivered in insulated bags with ice packs

  • Unfortunately, we do not deliver with shipment carriers, so tracking will be unavailable

  • Our drivers will send a text message upo arrival to the number provided on your order

  • If you would like to have an ETA for your delivery, please contact our support team and we will try our best to give you an accurate ETA
